Return & Exchange Policy

Returns

We are confident that you will be extremely pleased with your SalatBuddy™ for many years. However, if you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you
may request an exchange or a refund according to the policies stated below.

• Within 30 days of purchase, you may return any item in new, salable condition along with its original packaging and any accessories for a full product refund.

• We do not refund any shipping charges. Items that are pre-owned, not in original packaging or otherwise not in new, salable condition will receive partial refund at our discretion, with a minimum 20% restocking fee.

• Do not attempt to disassemble any items. Attempts to change the appearance or function of any item you purchased from us will void the warranty and your right to return the product for a full refund.

• Indicate whether you are requesting an exchange or refund in the space available at the bottom of your packing slip, along with the reason and your contact information.

All exchanges and refunds will be processed within 2 weeks of our receiving the complete return package. Enclose the packing slip in the carton, wrap the
package securely, and send it to the following address:

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your credit card statement or pending transactions. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at sales@salatbuddy.com.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)
If your order was delivered defective or damaged, notify us as soon as possible at sales@salatbuddy.com and send your item to: NAMA LLC 1750 W OGDEN AVE # 2932 NAPERVILLE, ILLINOIS 60567, USA. If you provide us proof of postage or shipping charges you incurred to send the damaged or defective item back to us, we will issue a store credit in the form of a gift card for an amount that you can use towards future purchases.

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.
